In-person: Brussels Study Tour 2024

The event will begin on Wednesday, June 19th at 17:30, (Brussels)
Please take note of the following information:

Agenda: Here’s the full agenda outlining our study tour activities. Please review it to familiarize yourself with the schedule and topics of discussion. On the day of arrival, you will receive a shortened paper version of the agenda with a QR code. This code will direct you back to this page if you wish to view the full digital version again during your visit to Brussels.

Meeting Point: On June 19, we welcome you to join us for a welcome cocktail at 17:30 at the Ambiorix Center to start connecting with fellow participants and speakers. The official start of the program is on June 20 at 9:30 AM, where we will gather at the Ambiorix Center. Please ensure timely arrival for a smooth start to the tours.

Dress Code: The dress code for the study tour is business casual.

Passport/ID: It is essential that you always carry your passport or a valid identification document with you during the study tour.

Dietary Preferences: We have taken note of everyone’s dietary preferences and will make arrangements accordingly. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please let us know as soon as possible.

Photos: During the study tour, we may capture photographs for promotional purposes on our website or social media platforms. If you prefer not to have your picture taken, kindly inform us in advance.

Weather: Please check the weather forecast for Brussels before your departure. It is advisable to bring an umbrella or raincoat in case of unexpected rain showers
