Job Opportunity: Motivated and Customer-Oriented Professional
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented professional to support our HHS client.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Research and produce communications content that is informational, educational, and drives engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external audiences to identify relevant content that enhances and influences the client’s brand and public perception.
- Research and identify targeted audiences and suggest appropriate communication channels.
- Support the development of communication plans and timelines.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation.
- Proofread internal and external communications content for clarity, tone, style, and grammar to ensure high-quality, results-oriented communications.
- Develop and deliver presentations to internal team members and leadership.
- Generate ideas to improve communication processes and delivery methods.
- Support complex projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience with extensive writing.
- Strong understanding of internal and external communications.
- Experience writing and executing communications plans, including social media.
- Proficient in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be a self-starter, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years’ professional experience in client delivery within the federal, healthcare, or cybersecurity sectors.
- Experience working in a brand agency or marketing firm.
- Familiarity with design and editing software such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or similar products.
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or relevant work experience (4+ years’ experience).
Clearance Requirement
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
