Signal Group: Creative Content Manager
Signal Group, a top modern public affairs agency located in D.C., is seeking a Creative Content Manager with a digital-first mindset and an inherent sense of curiosity to serve our public relations and public affairs work across our clean energy, healthcare, and technology clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead development of organic content strategies and content creation across multiple platforms and execute for multiple clients
- Trendspot and draft compelling issue-based content
- Conduct routine senior-level client contact
- Interpret, distill, and present digital analytic reports
- Manage development and production of materials to support campaigns across all channels
- Track project progress and deadlines

- You think out of the box, looking for new ways to communicate complex ideas
- You’re not waiting for direction, but rather seeking solutions before being asked or prompted
- You can flawlessly execute the day-to-day work while seeking out opportunities to contribute and grow professionally as a content creator
- You stay current with social media trends and love creating content
- You have an impeccable understanding of AP style, are detail-oriented, diligent with each task, and can work on multiple initiatives under strict deadlines
Qualifications:
- You have hands-on experience with social media management and content creation for politicians or organizations
- Strong knowledge of social media, newsletter, and website best practices and an interest and commitment to mastering emerging technologies
- Proficiency in creative software packages such as Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and/or After Effects), CapCut, etc.
- Experience in graphic design and/or video editing is a plus
- Ability to monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), analytics, and trends for clients and sectors (Meltwater, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Keyhole, etc.)
- Have 4+ years of PR agency, in-house, or government communications experience

Signal’s office is now open, and employees may work remotely; however, this position is based in the Washington, D.C. area.
We believe in supporting our team and offer a generous salary and benefits package. The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000. Benefits and perks include:
