Job Title: Director, Global Strategy & Creative Operations

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Global Strategy & Creative Operations team. The Director will play a critical role in driving growth initiatives, leading cross-functional projects, and providing strategic insights that support long-term business success on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and develop compelling business cases that drive growth opportunities.
  • Lead project teams from business case approval through to successful implementation and go-live.
  • Gain a deep understanding of priorities, challenges, and business practices to inform strategy and execution.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and build business models to evaluate potential growth opportunities and support decision-making.
  • Serve as a strategic and operational partner to creative, production, talent, and revenue teams at WWE.
  • Coordinate and track deliverables and accomplishments across multiple initiatives/projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years corporate experience, ideally within media, international sports, or entertainment company.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and project leadership.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to build and interpret complex business models.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Good understanding of the WWE brand and audience, as well as the broader sports, media, and technology landscape.
  • Willing and able to travel for business and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
