We are seeking a dynamic and experienced communications and content strategist to join our team.
This role will be responsible for refining, managing, and executing our customer relationship management (CRM) strategy, as well as overseeing our social media presence and content strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM systems, digital marketing, and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management:
- Maintain a comprehensive CRM system for company-wide operations and communications.
- Refine a core CRM strategy focused on the music education market, ensuring intuitive organization and minimal staff training requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize CRM design and implementation for both B2B and B2C marketing.
- Refine and implement lead collection methods across various brand touchpoints.
- Train sales, customer service, and executive teams on CRM usage and best practices.
- Curate and maintain campaign-based email marketing lists for all brands.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in developing and executing outreach plans for key influencers, educators, and end-users.
- Ensure new leads are properly cultivated and maintained within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize outreach efforts in sales territories.
Digital Marketing and Content Strategy:
- Coordinate social media channel management and content calendars with brand/product managers.
- Optimize social media and content strategies around artist and partnership opportunities.
- Plan and execute social media/display advertising campaigns.
- Assist with the development and implementation of content strategies.
- Collaborate on producing high-quality, educational content centered around artists, educators, and influencers.
- Assist with website SEO optimization and other digital marketing best practices.
Partnership Development:
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities for cross-promotion and brand exposure.
- Work with artists to leverage brand partnerships for community-driven initiatives and charitable work.
Qualifications
- Experience in CRM management and digital marketing.
- Proven track record in implementing and managing CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in the music industry or education sector is a plus.
