In this position…
We are seeking a Global DEI Manager
to partner with executive leadership, employee resource groups, and employees to support the delivery of the corporate global DEI strategy. The GDEI Manager will drive corporate alignment within the key strategic areas; Focus on Leadership Excellence, Employee Experience, and DEI Infrastructure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What you’ll do…
- Provide DEI consultation support for Human Resource Business partners and Executive leadership.
- Design and implement programs and projects for the DEI Center of Excellence to support global strategies and initiatives, including data/analytics, insights/research.
- Ability to collaborate and shape regional variations and adapt to the needs of various global partners and requirements.
- Manage external partnerships, memberships, and DEI community relationships.
- Facilitate collaboration and drive consultation with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and internal partners such as Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and HRBPs to help drive key strategies.
- Provide thought leadership in the DEI and talent arena.
This position will drive the full activation of HRBO partnerships
and work with stakeholders to embed DEI across the COEs. They will focus approximately 50% on DEI data analytics, data storytelling, and action plan coaching with HRBP and leadership and 50% on DEI best practice benchmarking and project management. The ROLE will be responsible and accountable for delivering corporate DEI transformational change management with a targeted focus on HRBP and Executive leader foundation building and coaching.
The successful candidate will have proven success and experience in the areas of:
- Strong project management experience.
- Coaching leaders through transformation and resistance.
- Strong change management experience.
- Development of programs/policies and artifacts.
QUALIFICATIONS
You’ll have…
- At least 5 years of DEI, Human Resources, or related experience required.
- Experience Coaching – ability to coach and work collaboratively with business and HR colleagues.
- Program Development experience.
- Experience in a large scale global organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coaching leaders through transformation.
