Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Identify, recruit, and engage individuals to take action and drive policy reforms.
  • Locate and motivate activists to become leaders in their communities.
  • Equip local leaders with training and resources.
  • Organize events to engage the public through various channels.
  • Keep activists motivated, educated, and active.

Knowledge And Skills:

  • Ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Knowledge of state and federal public policy landscapes.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Team player.
  • Willingness to canvass and make phone calls.
  • Valid driver’s license for travel.

Standout Candidates May Also Bring:

  • Experience in grassroots advocacy, community organizing, and political campaigns.
  • Supervisory experience.
