House Majority PAC Regional Political Directors
House Majority PAC is an organization designed to hold Republicans accountable and help elect more House Democrats. We’re committed to building a long-term organization that can take on Republican outside groups in the battle for the House Majority.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Track assigned races on a daily basis.
- Work with consulting teams to develop polls, mail plans and pieces, and advertising plans and creative for radio, television, and digital communications.
- Coordinate with other organizations operating independently to align strategies and communications.
- Write assessments of races and candidates for supporters when needed.
- Manage multiple consultant teams.
- Serve as the point person/expert on assigned races for HMP IE and other allied IE organizations.
- Conduct weekly calls and briefings on assigned races.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting Democratic values and causes.
- BA/BS degree.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the political field.
- Experience working in the U.S. House of Representatives or on House campaigns.
- Priority given to candidates who have managed targeted U.S. House races.
- Experience running mail, online, and TV advertising programs.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to take ownership of wide-ranging responsibilities, ability to work independently and proactively.
- Ability to work under pressure, remain flexible and adaptable as needs and priorities change, experience managing to multiple deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Solid verbal, written, research, and interpersonal skills.
- Sense of humor, ability to have fun, and an interest in working within a high-performing team environment.
Salary and Benefits:
Starting at $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
