### Job Title: Media Manager

CDK Global is looking for a Media Manager to lead a talented team of videographers/photographers and animators.

### Responsibilities

– The Media Manager will work closely with Creatives, Marketing and various internal teams, to produce on-brand, multi-channel pieces such as ads, interviews/events videos, animations, product videos, social and more.
– Candidate is responsible for leading the team, organizing content and pushing creativity.
– Instrumental in not only managing a team but also shaping a consistent voice and visual presentation for the CDK Global brand.

### Requirements

– Experience working with and directing talent, vendors and clients on location and in studio.
– Expert knowledge of Adobe Products and industry standard software used in Media production.
– Background in film/photo (AV) equipment including lighting and sound.
– Experience in editing, capturing both video and photography, developing motion graphics, and managing content to help an industry leader tell its story.
– Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel projects and lots of flexibility to present alternative or creative approaches to projects.
– Exceptional organization and communication skills.
– An incredible work ethic and a commitment to embody the CDK Global vision, core values, and personality are important.
– Ability to lift/move heavy items as needed (10-50lbs).
– Ability to stand for long periods of time. Candidates may need to occasionally position themselves in an unusual place/pose to “get the shot”.

### Preferred Skills

– 7 years of experience preferred in an Internal Creative Department or Agency.
– 3-5 years experience leading a team and/or collaborating and directing talent, vendors, partners, etc.
– Comfortable working with Sony and Nikon equipment.

### Salary Range

$110,000 to $125,000

CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
