Responsibilities
Set clear expectations and track project timelines for cross-functional stakeholders Facilitate key meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives, establish clear next steps and owners and resolve blocks that impede progress Proactively assess risks, raise flags, and resolve issues before they become problems for the larger team Support the team with effective team communication, proactive problem solving and information distribution Establish communication structure to report out campaign updates, progress and status with task forces or leads so everyone understands their role and expectations Build impactful relationships and serve as a dependable point of contact for the Public Affairs Global Rapid Response team across policy, communications, marketing, creative, product, research, legal, and content strategy teams Ability to navigate working with both central and local teams across global markets, understanding how to reflect regional and market-specific nuances in our campaigns
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree 5+ years direct work experience on political and/or public affairs campaigns 1+ years of experience working close partnership with a creative agency. You have experience producing large scale campaigns, managing vendors, and working with stakeholders across a creative team Experience tracking legislation Experience working with policy, communications, marketing, legal, and creative teams at all levels of management, both internally and externally Experience managing large, complex programs within a cross-functional environment, spanning multiple groups within a complex organization Experience with matrixed organizational, project management and collaboration skills Communication and presentation skills Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans Experience with picking up new new technologies and processes quickly

$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
