Who We Are
At Roundglass, our mission is to inspire and enable a holistic wellbeing movement that nurtures individuals and communities alike. We do this through two core pillars.
Roundglass Giving encompasses various social impact initiatives like the Roundglass Foundation, Roundglass Sports, and Roundglass Sustain. These initiatives are dedicated to promoting wellbeing for communities and the planet.
Roundglass Living is a digital platform for total wellbeing, offering guided tools for mindfulness, movement, nutrition, sleep, and mental health, all in one place. Our mission is centered around helping individuals lead healthier and more fulfilling lives through the practice of holistic wellbeing.
About the Role
Do you want to take a leadership role in one of the most effective international social impact efforts in recent decades? Do you want to join a world-class team of dedicated professionals who are working effectively together on one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing international development efforts?
The Global India Collective initiative is all about building stronger, more meaningful ties between India and the U.S. We’re working to help Indian Americans feel more connected and involved in American public life — and at the same time, we want to share a deeper, more authentic story of India with the world. Not just the tech side, but India’s heart: its wellbeing, art, culture, and purpose.
As part of this, we’ve started the Roundglass India Center at Seattle University, and we’ve teamed up with the FMC (Former Members of Congress) to take U.S. lawmakers on annual trips to India. It’s a way for them to experience India firsthand, meet the right people, and build real understanding that leads to lasting partnerships.
You will also assist the Indian American Leadership Institute (IALI) in identifying and connecting South Asians pursuing public office in the State of Washington.
