Katie Owens has been working in communication at the European Committee of the Regions since 2007. After spending the last year working in the cabinet of the President, she is back with the CoR’s EPP Group advising on the communication, events and media strategy. She is a member of the EuroPCom advisory board, a coordinator for the European Association of Communication Directors’ Working Group on European Institutions as well as an #EUTweetUp organiser. She was recently named number 12 in the ZN/Euractiv list of digital influencers.
