About Us

The LDM Group is a woman-owned small business that provides Management Consulting services to Federal and DoD customers. We are in search of a highly experienced Program Manager.

The Program Manager will have 10 years of program management experience, with at least 4 years involving communication programs. Proven ability to lead and direct challenging projects and execute assignments independently within the scope of the contract.

Demonstrated experience providing administrative oversight, corporate management and ability to provide overall technical, schedule, and cost direction. Knowledge of communication functions associated with the contract and workload management.

Public Trust or Active Clearance desired. US citizenship required.

Hours of Work. Normal work hours will consist of 5 days, Monday-Friday. Hybrid Schedule. 2-3 days a week onsite.
