  • Experienced at managing junior team members
  • Attentive to details, highly professional, and able to manage multiple projects at once

  • Background in public affairs, coalitions, campaign management, media relations, or non-profit management

What You Do

  • Serve as the account lead for both corporate public affairs and non-profit clients
  • Manage projects, events, and advocacy activity from concept to implementation
  • Develop and manage relationships with patient and provider advocacy groups and other allied stakeholders
  • Direct and support junior staff

Your Skills

  • 8+ years of experience working in non-profits, advocacy, public affairs, or campaign politics
  • Previous experience in health care advocacy is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communications and persuasion skills
  • Experience managing junior team members
  • Attitude of initiative, innovation, collaboration, and continual improvement
  • Willingness to learn and incorporate feedback
