Regulatory Advocacy Bootcamp

April 9, 2026
1:30 p.m.− 3:45 p.m. ET

Rulemaking is an essential part of the lawmaking process, but it’s often overlooked as a key advocacy tool at the state and federal levels.  What similarities, and differences, exist between state and federal regulatory advocacy?  How should you tailor your regulatory strategy?  What, if anything, is different post-Chevron doctrine? Our experts will present the latest approaches to navigating and influencing the complex landscapes.

    • How to coordinate regulatory advocacy with other state and federal government relations efforts
    • How regulations can be used to achieve government relations wins (and how they can also hinder those wins)
