As AI tools summarize, filter and sometimes replace traditional search results, organizations must rethink how they structure and present digital content. This session explores how to design websites and landing pages that are clear, trustworthy and built for modern discovery.
This session will discuss:
- Optimizing web content so both humans and AI tools can easily access and interpret it
- Designing pages that communicate credibility quickly through layout, messaging and visual hierarchy
- Creating scannable, action-oriented content that keeps busy audiences engaged
- Ensuring accessibility and usability across devices and audiences

Email remains one of the most powerful tools for mobilizing advocates, but inboxes are more crowded than ever. This session will explore how advocacy teams can refine their emails to increase engagement, build stronger relationships with supporters and motivate meaningful action.

- Write subject lines and preview text that break through crowded inboxes
- Balance personalization, segmentation and automation without losing authenticity
- Use data and testing to refine email timing, content and calls to action
- Design emails that encourage readers to engage, share and take action
