## **The role**

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, analytical‑minded advisor with prior experience with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) regulation. This is a great opportunity to take the lead in developing new processes and enhancing current processes while collaborating with internal partners to strive for “Outstanding” performance.

## **What you’ll do**

Under the support of the CRA Officer, you will be leading the Bank’s CRA Quality Assurance & Data Reporting function, including:

– Oversee the Bank’s Small Business loan review process for CRA consideration
– Monitor and test CRA‑eligible personal loans
– Manage regulatory updates, including the CRA Disclosure Annual Filing (Small Business Regulatory Reporting) and CRA Public File updates
– Review other activities for CRA consideration to ensure the Bank is meeting its CRA Strategic Plan measurable goals while adhering to policies and controls
– Volunteer within the Bank’s Assessment Areas to ensure measurable goals are met
– Perform other activities as assigned, which may include assisting with backlog reviews, data collection for audits and examinations, enhancing current processes, and supporting system development/enhancement
– Provide CRA program support
– Manage exams and audits
– Respond to Public File requests and CRA‑related complaints
– Create and/or present CRA materials for employees
– Support development of the annual and exam self‑assessments

## **What you’ll need**

– 8+ years of CRA experience, including loan, investments, contributions, and services reviews for CRA consideration
– Experience in audit, compliance, or risk management related to CRA
– Experience creating policies and procedures
– Experience with CRA Disclosure Annual Filings and familiarity with the 1071 ruling
– Comfort working in a remote environment, navigating changing priorities, and embracing new ideas in a fast‑paced setting
– Advanced technical expertise (Excel, Tableau, CRA reporting systems)
– Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
– High initiative with a commitment to excellence and data integrity
– Ability to create, innovate, and enhance processes for further automation
– Demonstrated ability to self‑motivate
– Team‑oriented mindset
– Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

## **Nice to have**

– Located in Salt Lake City, Utah or Sacramento, California
– Experience updating the CRA Public File
– Experience working with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC)
– Product Owner experience on a CRA reporting system
– Growth mindset with strong problem‑solving and innovation skills

## **Compensation and Benefits**

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as experience, skills, and location.

**Pay range:** $137,600.00 – $236,500.00
**Payment frequency:** Annual
