# What You Will Do
– **Manage ECOPAC** — Oversee the company’s political action committee (PAC), including solicitation, furnishing PAC checks, preparing for board meetings, liaising with the Government Relations team, and supporting the Government Relations EVP and GR VPs on all aspects of PAC administration.
– **Conduct policy research** — Analyze public policy, government relations, and political issues to support team objectives and strategies.
– **Design legislative strategies** — Develop and execute legislative and regulatory strategies for issues such as federal immigration, cybersecurity, and procurement policy.
– **Prepare written materials** — Provide written reports, memos, spreadsheets, and presentation materials based on research and other sources.
– **Lead complex projects** — Manage or lead high‑complexity, high‑visibility projects (e.g., facility visits, ECOPAC campaigns) and provide updates directly to senior leaders (CEO, COO, General Counsel).
– **Represent Government Relations** — Participate in internal and external meetings (trade associations, government officials, etc.) and provide written or oral summaries, actions, and recommendations.
– **Support meetings** — Attend or accompany Government Relations team members to meetings as needed.
– **Collaborate across teams** — Work with internal leaders, trade associations, and contract lobbyists to design and execute legislative/regulatory strategies.
– **Monitor policy developments** — Research public policy issues and keep key staff informed.
– **Coordinate PAC compliance** — Manage record keeping, expenditures, receipts, and regulatory reporting for political action committees.
– **Develop fundraiser strategy** — Recommend participation in political fundraisers and contributions.
– **Respond to officials** — Respond to inquiries made by legislators and other officials.
– **Lead congressional visits** — Plan and execute visits by members of Congress to Ecolab facilities, including logistics, staff coordination, executive briefings, and event staffing.

# Minimum Qualifications
– **Bachelor’s degree** in political science, business administration, communications, public policy, or a related field.
– **Eight years of experience** including supervisory experience or an advanced degree with fewer years.
– **Program leadership** — Proven ability to lead, develop, and implement programs and processes.
– **Project management** experience.
– **Microsoft Office proficiency** at an intermediate level.
– **No sponsorship** — Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

# Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is **$120,500.00 – $180,700.00**.
This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms.
Compensation considers factors such as experience, education, training, and geography.
