## Responsibilities

– **Research and develop corporate narratives** in collaboration with cross‑functional partners, outside agencies, and the Director of Corporate Public Relations.
– **Develop and execute employer brand campaigns** and content, identifying and amplifying associate stories, milestones, and cultural initiatives.
– **Own and manage the public relations editorial calendar**, ensuring content is planned, approved, and published on schedule.
– **Field and manage incoming media inquiries** across channels and complete opportunity briefs.
– **Draft talking points, pitches, press releases, and presentations** for media relations activities.
– **Coordinate product samplings and merchandise drops** for VIPs, media, and influencers.
– **Monitor news and industry trends** to identify proactive storytelling opportunities.
– **Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders** to gather information and align messaging.
– **Lead participation in Corporate Responsibility initiatives** including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering.
– **Maintain food safety responsibilities**.
– **Perform other duties as assigned**.

## Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree preferred in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
– 4–6 years of experience in public relations, journalism, or strategic communications.
– Proven subject matter expertise in corporate storytelling, media relations, and editorial planning.
– Strong industry knowledge of digital platforms, including generative AI tools, design platforms, and case management systems; experience in CPG, food, or beverage is a plus.
– Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a deadline‑driven environment, with strong organizational and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
