## Digital Communications & Content Manager
The Digital Communications & Content Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day management and execution of Vantive’s corporate digital channels across external and internal audiences, including corporate websites, social media platforms, and internal communications channels. This position brings Vantive’s digital communications strategy to life by delivering high‑quality, audience‑focused content and ensuring consistent, on‑brand experiences across channels.
Working within a clearly defined strategic framework and in close partnership with the Associate Director, this is a hands‑on opportunity for a digital communicator with strong editorial judgment and operational discipline. The role requires the ability to manage channels, content, workflows, and stakeholders effectively in a fast‑paced, regulated environment, while ensuring reliable, well‑coordinated delivery and supporting the function’s continued growth as strategy, tools, and capabilities evolve.

## What You’ll Be Doing
### Digital Management & Monitoring
– **Day‑to‑day channel execution** — Ensure content is accurate, timely, compliant, and aligned to enterprise priorities.
– **Community management** — Monitor conversations, respond appropriately, escalate issues, and support brand health.
– **Issue response coordination** — Follow communications, legal, and risk protocols.
– **Publishing workflow management** — Maintain strong quality control, autonomy, and accountability.
– **Strategy execution partnership** — Work closely with the Associate Director to ensure consistent delivery.
### Content Planning & Editorial Management
– **Editorial calendar management** — Coordinate with Communications, Executive Communications, Global Communications, regional teams, and stakeholders.
– **Content development** — Support writing, editing, and brand voice consistency.
– **Predictable planning** — Ensure sequencing aligns with business priorities and milestones.
### Digital Governance & Enablement
– **Governance support** — Support external and internal social media governance, policies, and guidelines.
– **Training and guidance** — Promote consistent and compliant digital practices.
– **LMR review management** — Manage Legal, Medical, Regulatory approvals.
– **Digital standards expertise** — Balance governance with practicality.
### Project, Vendor & Cross‑Functional Management
– **Project management** — Lead digital communications projects end‑to‑end.
– **Request intake** — Clarify scope, sequence work, and surface risks or tradeoffs.
– **Stakeholder collaboration** — Turn needs into clear execution plans.
### Measurement & Continuous Improvement
– **Performance monitoring** — Track engagement and brand health.
– **Insight sharing** — Refine content mix, cadence, and channel strategy.
### Tools & Platforms
Familiarity with tools such as Sprout Social, Airtable/Monday.com, Copilot, Canva, SharePoint, and Viva Engage (experience with similar tools welcome). Tool‑specific experience is less important than strong judgment, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly.

## What You’ll Bring
– **Bachelor’s degree** in communications, marketing, journalism, PR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
– **5–8 years of experience** in digital or corporate communications with hands‑on responsibility managing digital channels.
– **Experience across external and internal channels**, ideally in regulated environments.
– **Strong editorial judgment** and ability to manage multiple workstreams within an established framework.
– **Adaptability and problem‑solving mindset**, with comfort in a growing, evolving function.
– **Flexibility** to support priority communications, including occasional off‑hours needs.
– **Desire to help shape a global digital communications function** as it scales.

## Compensation
We understand compensation is a principal factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices.
The estimated base salary for this position is **$108,000 – $135,000 annually**. This range reflects anticipated compensation and may vary based on market data, location, skills, experience, and other factors.
