The first session of the workshop will explore why it is critical for global businesses to identify key stakeholders (external as well as internal), how to set up a mapping process that works and how to integrate it into your broader strategic plan. Speakers will also discuss challenges and scenarios that global executives and teams are confronted with when mapping and engaging with global stakeholders, and how to address them effectively.

2:15 – 3:15 p.m. Session 2: Engaging and Building Global Relationships
The first session of the workshop will explore case studies of successful engagement strategies and coalition-building in the global arena, and how to measure their impact in a language that business leaders and other internal departments understand. Speakers will also discuss the nexus between issues tracking and global stakeholder mapping, and how these processes are critical to managing risks and seizing opportunities globally.
