This event is part of our four part Masterclass Series. You can learn more and register for the full series here.

1:00 – 4:15 p.m.
(15-minute break included)

We all negotiate every day, and in these complex times, this skill has never been more important for both our work and for our lives.  Negotiation can be, at times, a highly challenging activity, and the side that is better prepared nearly always has the upper hand. In addition, negotiating better outcomes is contingent upon building successful relationships, effective communication across differences, understanding our own alternatives and balancing difficult trade-offs.  In this masterclass, you will be given the central framework from Harvard University’s Program on Negotiation, which is a proven and effective approach aimed at building your negotiation capacity, agility and resilience—a tool kit you can use to lead more effectively within and beyond your organization, and to ultimately get better results on a daily basis.
