Building or expanding a peer-to-peer campaign into a high-performing fundraising channel requires thoughtful planning and execution. Join us as we break down proven strategies to design, launch and grow an effective PAC peer-to-peer campaign, and hear from experts who have leveraged peer-to-peer outreach to drive participation and increase contributions.
In this opening session, we will cover:
- Why peer-to-peer campaigns drive PAC fundraising and engagement
- Key elements of a successful campaign strategy, including goals and metrics
- Priority activities for launching and scaling your campaign
- How to set realistic short- and long-term benchmarks for success

Recruiting and Activating Peer Champions
Your PAC ambassadors are the heart and soul of your peer-to-peer program, and properly recruiting and training these champions is critical. Our closing session will focus on how to identify, recruit and train your most supportive advocates.
This session will cover:
- Identifying and recruiting peer champions — both starting from scratch and as your program matures
- Setting your volunteers up for success, including tips for managing peer champions
- Providing training tools to keep your peer solicitors effective and compliant
