Please complete application here by November 14. Once your application has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation with invoice for registration. Please be aware that in past years the first-year class has filled to capacity before the deadline, so it is recommended that you apply early. You will be notified within one week.

Cancellation Policy

Deadlines and Cancellation Policy

The final registration and payment deadline is November 13, 2026. Returning participants in the second- and third-year classes are automatically registered to return to the three-year program and are subject to the following cancellation policy, even if no payment has been made. It is the responsibility of the registered person to cancel in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations received by November 13, 2026 will be fully refunded. Cancellations received after that date will be subject to a 50% penalty charge. No refunds will be given after December 11, 2026. This is also the final deadline for a one-time deferment with 100% of the fee applicable to the 2028 program.

Key Dates

November 13: Deadline to cancel with full refund. Please note, this differs from the Council’s standard cancellation schedule.

November 13: Deadline for tuition payment in full. A 5% late fee will apply thereafter.

November/December: Advance reading will be circulated.

December 11: Final deadline for conference cancellation or deferment. Anyone cancelling after this date will forfeit the full registration fee.

December 15: Memo with logistical information will be emailed to all participants.

December 22: Deadline to make a hotel reservation at The Surf & Sand Resort.

January 11: On-site registration begins at 2:30 p.m.

January 14: The Institute adjourns following an afternoon Capstone session and an evening farewell dinner. Please arrange your travel schedule to ensure your attendance.
