Hear trends and best practices based on the Council’s benchmarking research, resource development and close observance of the PAC community over the past two years.  You’ll also hear from a practitioner approaching the next election cycle with updated criteria.  In this first session, we will cover:  

  • Council benchmarking data on contribution criteria and PAC trends pertaining to giving guidelines 
  • A walk through of the Council’s sample candidate contribution evaluation resource and ways to effectively weigh contribution risks 
  • Strategies for reviewing and testing your contribution criteria 
  • How to ensure that you are honoring any new or additional criteria added since the last election cycle
