One of the greatest challenges facing PAC programs is large-scale retirements and buy-out programs, causing PAC donors to leave the company. This opening session will address how to confront attrition in your organization’s PAC through strategies to both attract younger eligibles and encourage mid-level donors to increase their contribution as they progress in their careers.
