1. What sets this conference apart from others?
As the professional association for the field, our mission is to advance the field of public affairs and to provide tools and resources that enable public affairs executives and managers to achieve their business and professional goals. To that end, we offer practical conference sessions that are led by leading practitioners in the field, ample opportunities for networking, and exchange of resource materials. In addition, we offer an unbiased perspective to help you to maximize the effectiveness of your program. But the learning doesn’t end at the conclusion of the conference. Throughout the entire year, we encourage sharing of best practices by maintaining a comprehensive library of public affairs materials, offering individualized counseling to our members, maintaining electronic discussions among practitioners, posting relevant news and resources on our web site and much more.
