# About the Job
As a **Campaign Manager in Government Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP)**, you will drive outcomes for high‑priority policy campaigns focused on the most pressing regulatory issues for the business. You will join the Global Policy Campaign team within the GAPP Centers of Excellence, working across geographies and functions to drive campaigns that support key policy priorities.
In this role, you will combine intellectual excellence with organizational skills to advocate for Google and bring external perspectives back to inform direction.
Google takes its responsibilities seriously, including engaging with government and other stakeholders on important public policy challenges. The Government Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP) team leads the company’s engagement with executive branch officials, legislators, regulators, and third parties in the formation of public policy. Working closely with Google leaders, GAPP seeks to identify key policy issues, listen carefully to others’ views, and share the company’s perspective with external stakeholders. While focused on internet‑related challenges, the team’s issue areas increasingly span broader intersections of public policy, business, and technology.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
**US Compensation Range:** $141,000 – $206,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
