Where will you find innovation and technology? Right here at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Northrop Grumman is seeking a Government Affairs Coordinator in Falls Church, VA.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
•Assist Government Relations Manager in the day-to-day activities for the company’s Political Action Committee (PAC).
•Manage and maintain PAC budget.
•Prepare PAC federal and state disbursements including check cutting process.
•Create, prepare and distribute PAC communications with coordination from sector leads.
•Prepare and distribute reports on membership and finances to key stakeholders.
•Coordinate with 150+ PAC Ambassadors to plan events and activities.
•Assist in preparing compliance documents and work with legal team to review and approve contributions.
•Assist with fundraising initiatives and contributor recognition programs.
•Work with internal leadership to advance PAC growth.




 Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in political action committees, politics, fundraising, etc or master’s degree with 1 year of experience in political action committees, politics, fundraising, etc.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Demonstrated research and analysis skills.
•Demonstrated ability to organize and analyze complex data sets.
•Candidate must possess the ability to organize and analyze a broad range of issues.
•Candidate must be self-starter, with excellent judgment and integrity and a willingness to learn.
•Candidate must be able to work cooperatively in a team environment.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
