# Internal Programs & Communications Manager
**CommonSail Investment Group**
## About the Role
We are seeking an Internal Programs & Communications Manager to lead and scale enterprise-wide employee programs that drive engagement, performance, and operational alignment across multiple brands and locations.
This is not a traditional internal communications role. This position serves as the enterprise program owner for high-visibility employee initiatives — including performance competitions, reward programs, and cross-function campaigns — ensuring initiatives are clearly launched, operationally aligned, widely adopted, and measurably successful.
You will operate at the intersection of HR, Marketing, Finance, and Business Operations, translating business priorities into structured employee programs that deliver results.
This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with full accountability for program visibility, participation, and impact.
## Core Responsibilities
### Enterprise Program Support
– Support the strategy, structure, governance, and execution of enterprise-wide employee programs across multiple business units.
– Enforce clear program objectives, KPIs, participation targets, and success metrics.
– Act as the single point of accountability for program performance, awareness, and operational execution.
– Proactively identify risks, adoption gaps, and participation barriers, implementing corrective strategies.
### Strategic Campaign & Communications Leadership
– Develop comprehensive internal campaign strategies that drive awareness, understanding, and action.
– Translate business objectives, operational initiatives, and financial metrics into compelling, employee-facing messaging.
– Ensure message consistency across brands, departments, and communication channels.
– Craft executive-level communication briefs and leadership messaging to support program rollout and change initiatives.
### Measurement, Reporting & Optimization
– Execute reporting frameworks to track engagement, participation, and business impact.
– Analyze trends and participation data to optimize program effectiveness.
– Deliver executive-ready reporting and insights to Business Operations and senior leadership.
– Continuously refine program structure and messaging based on performance data and employee feedback.
### Cross-Functional Influence & Partnership
– Serve as a strategic partner to HR, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
– Advise department leaders on program launch strategy, employee adoption, and communication approach.
– Ensure enterprise initiatives are operationally feasible and clearly understood at the frontline level.
– Align employee programs with company culture, performance goals, and financial priorities.
## Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
– 5–7+ years of progressive experience in program management, internal communications, employee engagement strategy, or operational campaign leadership.
– Proven success owning enterprise initiatives end-to-end, including measurable business outcomes.
– Experience supporting multi-location or multi-brand organizations.
– Strong executive communication and influence skills.
– Demonstrated ability to build reporting structures and use data to inform strategic decisions.
– High level of independence with strong accountability and decision-making confidence.
## Key Traits for Success
– Highly self-directed and accountable
– Organized and deadline-driven
– Adaptable and solutions-oriented
– Strong communicator with executive presence
– Creative yet data-informed
