Grassroots & Outreach Manager Responsibilities:

The Manager, Grassroots & Outreach oversees the planning, execution, and coordination of robust grassroots and external advocacy efforts in line with IFPA priorities. This pivotal role involves:

• Managing strategies and engagement with volunteer leaders, members, and allies.
• Encouraging advocacy and participation in public policy events and campaigns.
• Supporting initiatives like The Washington Conference and Advocacy in Action.
• Facilitating policy activities to advance IFPA’s mission and objectives.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in grassroots organizing and advocacy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and mobilize diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Understanding of public policy processes and advocacy tactics.
• Proven track record of campaign management and event coordination.
• Commitment to reproductive health and rights issues.
