## Position Summary
The Program Compliance Analyst ensures contract compliance by tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and supporting audits.

## Position Responsibilities
– **Monitor contract compliance** — Ensure adherence to PWS requirements and performance standards across all program tasks.
– **Track and manage deliverables** — Oversee CDRLs, required reports, and data calls to ensure timely submission.
– **Maintain compliance documentation** — Manage compliance matrices and evidence tracking to support audit readiness and inspections.
– **Align SOPs with requirements** — Ensure program SOPs and operational processes meet contract and government standards.
– **Support audits and reviews** — Prepare compliance evidence packages for internal/external audits, inspections, and government reviews.
– **Identify compliance gaps** — Recommend corrective actions to program leadership.
– **Coordinate with Quality Manager** — Ensure performance standards are consistently met.
– **Prepare compliance reports** — Provide status updates to the Program Manager and relevant stakeholders.

## Required Skills and Experience
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract compliance, quality assurance, or program management support within a federal contracting environment.
– Demonstrated experience maintaining compliance matrices, tracking deliverables, and supporting audit activities.
– Strong analytical and documentation skills; ability to interpret contract language and translate requirements into operational tasks.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint).

## Desired Skills and Experience (if applicable)
– Experience supporting DOJ, ATF, or other federal law enforcement agency contracts.
– Familiarity with QASP/CPARS evaluation processes and performance measurement frameworks.
– Experience with ISO 17020 or other quality management standards.
