**Government Relations Senior Manager, Political Strategy & Engagement – Republican**

### Job Description

Develop and execute a political engagement strategy consistent with the company’s priorities.

Build deep relationships with and advocate on behalf of the company before Republican policymakers, as well as other senior government officials, trade associations, think tanks, and other stakeholders, working collaboratively with the state and federal policy teams and across the business.

Monitor, analyze, and report on key political issues and legislation impacting the company, our offerings, and our clients.

Develop and implement strategies to identify and manage reputational and enterprise risks to the company and its leaders, working collaboratively with the Americas and Global government affairs leads, legal, and marketing and communications.

Build support for the company’s voluntary political action committee (PAC), develop and execute a strategy for the disbursement of contributions consistent with the company’s values and priorities, and manage and engage in political activity on behalf of Accenture PAC.

Coordinate with outside consultants and associations to carry out the responsibilities of the position.

Perform other tasks as required and assigned.
