Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the hotel’s image in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, adjust PR strategies, and maintain a competitive edge.
• Build and maintain relationships with associates, guests, vendors, and media to create a positive brand image in English and/or Mandarin-Chinese.
• Create and manage Chinese social media content to boost the hotel’s online presence in both English and Mandarin-Chinese.
• Handle crisis communications effectively in English and/or Mandarin-Chinese.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Tourism, or a related field.

Skills & Proficiency in:

• Photoshop, Adobe, Canva, Microsoft Office
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin-Chinese

Compensation

Annual Salary: $72,155
