What’s on the menu?
Political Action Committee Management:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Political Action Committee (PAC)
- Develop and execute plan to solicit all eligible employees to grow the PAC
- Develop PAC presentation materials
Compliance:
- Manage all compliance for the Government Affairs function in the United States including, but not limited to, filings for: Lobbying Disclosure Reports for company, Political Action Committee FEC reports, tax filings, audits, voluntary disclosure reports, etc.
- Continuously ensure compliance in all PAC solicitations
- Manage consultancies and law firms associated with PAC and lobbying compliance
Government Affairs Engagement:
- Assist Global Head of Government Affairs in various GA efforts as necessary
- Provide support to the federal and state government affairs teams, which may include drafting policy memos and advocacy materials, assisting with facility visits for elected officials, updating presentation decks, among other tasks
- Initiate and manage special projects that impact the company’s relationship with elected officials, regulators, policymakers, etc.

- I have at least 7 years of PAC and government relations or policy experience, specifically building, strengthening, and growing a corporate PAC
- I have strong project-management and organizational skills
- I have exceptional writing and research skills
- Experience engaging diverse audiences, including senior executives
- I can work both independently and as part of a small team in a dynamic, open and creative environment
- I have the capability to handle sensitive information and complex issues with discretion and good judgment

New Hire Base Salary Range:
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
