Effective PAC communications require more than simply sharing information — they must inspire action, build trust and connect with audiences in meaningful ways. Developing compelling content and strategically distributing it across platforms is critical to increasing participation and strengthening your PAC program. Join us to explore practical strategies for developing impactful PAC content that supports fundraising, advocacy and long-term engagement, and hear from communications and PAC professionals who have created successful, multi-platform campaigns.

The most successful PAC communications programs combine authentic storytelling with thoughtful outreach strategies that educate, motivate and drive participation. Executing an effective solicitation campaign also requires creativity, audience targeting and strategic follow-up. This session will focus on practical approaches for using email, video, events and internal communication platforms to maximize engagement while remaining compliant. Participants will also hear from PAC practitioners on planning and executing successful communication and solicitation campaigns.
This session will cover:

- Best practices for email, video and internal communications
- Tactics for tailoring content for different audiences and communication channels
- Strategies for segmenting your eligible class and tailoring solicitations

- Ways to turn PAC presentations and pitches into meaningful engagement tools
- Best practices for measuring content performance and refining your communication strategy
- Compliance considerations for PAC communications and solicitations
