## Description

Chevo is currently hiring a Policy Management Analyst to join our expanding firm and support our DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Sector Management (CISA SM) team. This position provides the opportunity for significant client interaction. The ideal candidate will have a strategic research background and experience working with a federal agency, drafting and implementing policy, and facilitating senior executive–level cross‑agency meetings. This position offers a hybrid work environment, with the client site located in Arlington, VA.

## Key Responsibilities

### Policy Analysis

– **Policy Analysis** — Rapidly understand the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) organizational structure and the nuanced policies and executive orders that shape the agency’s priorities.
– **Strategic Research** — Research, analyze, and draft strategic written products to support policy implementation.
– **Data Coordination** — Coordinate with CISA Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED) stakeholders to gather, analyze, and communicate key data findings.
– **Deliverable Writing** — Write clear deliverables (e.g., briefing packages, reports) tailored to a variety of federal and private‑sector stakeholders.

### Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Communication

– **Internal Coordination** — Coordinate with internal staff and client personnel at various organizational levels.
– **Deliverable Development** — Support the development and distribution of various deliverables for federal and private‑sector stakeholders.
– **Information Synthesis** — Analyze, synthesize, and convey complex information in succinct client deliverables.
– **Briefing Preparation** — Prepare DHS‑style tailored briefing materials for senior leadership, including briefing memos, agendas, presentations, and talking points.
– **Quality Writing** — Draft polished products free of spelling, grammatical, and formatting errors.
– **Coordination Strategy** — Strategize opportunities to enhance coordination internally and externally, accounting for evolving client priorities.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

– **US Citizenship** — Mandatory for federal engagement.
– **Public Trust Clearance** — Active clearance required.
– **Professional Experience** — 5–7 years of professional work experience.
– **Bachelor’s Degree** — In Business, Public Administration, Public Policy, Political Science, or related field.
– **Microsoft Office Proficiency** — Strong command of the suite.
– **Writing Skills** — Ability to produce clear, concise, audience‑tailored content.
– **Communication Skills** — Strong oral and written communication with a polished, professional client presence.

### Preferred

– **Secret Clearance** — Active clearance preferred.
– **CISA Experience** — Especially Sector Risk Management Agency or Infrastructure Risk Sector work.
– **Consulting Background** — Experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, program evaluation, or related roles.
– **Technical Writing** — Prior experience preferred.
– **DHS/CISA EOD** — Active Entry on Duty clearance.

## Salary

**SALARY RANGE:** $107K – $115K (subject to change)
**ELIGIBLE FOR PERFORMANCE‑BASED BONUS**
