**The Forage Fish Campaign is hiring a Policy Director to help lead one of the most important and fast‑moving fights at the intersection of conservation, economic security, and the future of America’s coastal communities.**

This role will help shape strategy, engage decision‑makers, build coalitions, and advance reforms to end destructive industrial forage fishing practices that threaten the species underpinning our fisheries, food supply, marine ecosystems, and local economies.

If you have experience in policy, advocacy, or government relations and want to help drive meaningful change on an issue with real economic and environmental consequences, we want to hear from you.
