In the second half of our workshop, our expert will highlight real-world examples of lobbying teams who modified their coordination for the better, exploring how these improvements helped them realize government relations success and improve collaboration over time.

  • Examples of when coordination between lobbying teams led to government relations wins—and when gaps hindered success 
  • Best practices for sustaining effective communication among lobbying teams  
  • How to adjust your strategies during times of stress or crisis
