### **About the Work**

The Program Control Office oversees Foundation GEOINT (FG) corporate business and technology activities supporting aeronautical, maritime, geography, and geomatics missions. SFC’s functions include the following:

– **Strategic workforce planning** — Perform strategic workforce planning coordination.
– **Corporate communications** — Perform corporate communications planning and execution for SF.
– **Manpower monitoring** — Monitor manpower and career service requirements.
– **Technology coordination** — Coordinate new technology capabilities and requirements.
– **Enterprise data management** — Lead enterprise data management for SF.
– **Data and product standards** — Develop and promulgate data standards, product standards, and content guidance for FG.
– **IT systems oversight** — Oversee space, Information Technology (IT) systems/devices, and software.
– **Senior staff support** — Provide senior‑level staff support.
– **Tasker and awards management** — Oversee taskers and awards.

Additional responsibilities include advising NGA and its subordinate organizations regarding strategic messages supporting mission priorities, goals, and accomplishments. This includes defining, developing, and coordinating strategic messaging with appropriate stakeholders, and communicating these messages to agency leadership, DoD partners, and the Intelligence Community.

The role also includes producing NGA publications and official memoranda, interpreting technology or applications into written technical design and report documentation, collaborating with developers and managers to clarify technical issues, and writing, editing, and presenting information in multiple formats including Microsoft Office Suite.

This work requires demonstrated experience in strategic communications support, speech/technical writing, and crafting technical specifications.

### **Your Duties**

– Assist in developing, coordinating, and executing strategic communications and marketing plans for SF, including programs that familiarize internal and external customers with SF capabilities and services.
– Assist in assessing communications metrics and data to inform strategic communications decisions.
– Craft and provide briefings; assist other Communications Team members with projects.
– Plan, design, administer, standardize, coordinate, and deliver SF communications and marketing that support business processes.
– Advise SF and subordinate offices regarding strategic messages supporting mission priorities, goals, and accomplishments.
– Communicate strategic messages to agency leadership, DoD partners, and the Intelligence Community.

### **Required Skills and Experience**

– **Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance**
– **US Citizenship**
– Demonstrated experience assessing communications metrics and data to support senior decision‑makers at the executive level for strategic communications decisions; demonstrated experience leading task team efforts.
– Demonstrated experience with electronic publishing and the publication production process.
– Demonstrated experience presenting oral and written communications to diverse audiences.
– Demonstrated experience providing strategic‑level decisions in a team environment.
– Demonstrated advanced computer skills and proficiency on PC platforms using Microsoft Office Suite.
– Demonstrated experience with electronic publishing and the publication production process.
– Demonstrated experience with basic product design principles.
– Demonstrated advanced written communication, customer service, proofreading, and editing skills.
