## Primary Purpose

### Primary Purpose of Position

We’re looking for a creative, passionate, engaging and detail‑focused individual to join Exelon’s Corporate Relations team, which manages the company’s engagement with nonprofit and other community‑based organizations.

The main responsibilities for the person in this role include supporting Exelon’s partnerships and programs with educational and nonprofit organizations. This includes supporting educational programs such as the Exelon Foundation STEM Academy and Exelon Foundation Scholars, and employee engagement and giving programs including National Volunteer Month, Employee Giving Campaign, Autumn Acts of Kindness, Employee Volunteer Awards, charitable events, and other responsibilities as assigned.

## Primary Duties

### Primary Duties and Accountabilities

– Support signature employee engagement programs such as National Volunteer Month, Employee Volunteer Awards, and year‑round volunteer activities
– Promote employee philanthropy programs, including Employee Giving Campaign, Matching Gifts and Dollars for Doers
– Assist in the development, monitoring and tracking of Exelon’s educational program initiatives, including student engagement and mentorship development
– Assist with administrative duties related to departmental programs and events
– Develop and maintain relationships with educational, nonprofit and cultural community partners

## Job Scope

Position requires routine interaction with multiple teams throughout Exelon and its operating companies, including communications, workforce development, social media, marketing, and governmental/external affairs teams.

May require working extended hours to support community events on nights and weekends.

Ability to travel to PECO territories during the summer, as well as volunteer and nonprofit events throughout the year.

## Minimum Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience or, in lieu of degree, 3–6 years of relevant work experience
– Passion for Exelon’s corporate relations mission and giving programs
– Interest and/or knowledge of the nonprofit community
– Interest and/or knowledge of Exelon’s STEM and trades‑focused educational programs
– Proficiency in standard software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Excellent writing, organizational and public‑speaking skills
– Ability to manage multiple priorities, be results‑oriented, and produce high‑quality work under tight deadlines and, at times, under limited direction
– Proven ability to work independently and within a team
– Strong relationship‑building skills

## Preferred Qualifications

– Experience in STEM and trades‑focused educational programs
– Strong knowledge of the nonprofit and community landscape to build strategic partnerships and relationships that support and advance PECO’s business objectives

– Annual salary varies based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience and other factors: $63,200.00/Yr – $86,900.00/Yr
– Annual bonus for eligible positions: 10%
