### Position Summary
**Manager Federal Government Affairs – Political Programs**
Assists with all aspects of Walmart’s Political Action Committee (WALPAC) program, including fundraising, disbursements, and compliance efforts. Helps create internal communication materials for executives on the WALPAC Advisory Board.
Develops internal communications regarding political or public policy issues to associates outlining congressional engagement on key issues, election info, and GOTV efforts.
Provides additional support to the corporate contribution process at the state level; monitoring, reviewing, and processing checks sent to candidates; researching contribution details; detailed record-keeping of contribution details; determining reporting needs and adjustments in order to support reporting requirements and compliance.
Researches and analyzes WALPAC data to identify and advance the work of our government affairs professionals. Supports the Federal Government Affairs team’s multi-issue policy portfolio and works collaboratively with team members to support the development and execution of effective advocacy plans consistent with business objectives.
Coordinates and supports the FGA team on Walmart’s Congressional Facility Tour program with elected officials. Represents Walmart at internal and external meetings with key stakeholders. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy, and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

– You have 3-5 years’ experience in PAC management and/or campaign fundraising.
– You are well versed in state and federal election law.
– You have an in-depth understanding of political and legislative processes.
– You have a teamwork mentality, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.

### Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 – $202,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
