The “Public Affairs in Europe – Trends to Watch in 2026” report presents insights from more than one hundred public affairs executives across Europe, offering a consolidated view of the major challenges shaping the profession and the trends expected to define 2026. Drawing on a survey conducted every year by the Public Affairs Council in Europe, the report examines how geopolitical risk, technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI), sustainability, and diversity are impacting the public affairs profession, what are the biggest challenges faced by teams in the year ahead, and strategies to overcome them.
