POSITION SUMMARY:
In this role, you will support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including website, email, social media, and paid ads. You’ll work to enhance online visibility, engage with patients, the community, and donors, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and trends, attention to detail, and a passion for healthcare.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work within the marketing and development team to drive appointments, awareness, and donations for Community Healthcare Network through digital solutions.
Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, industry policies, competitive landscapes, and new technologies that may impact day-to-day operations.
Support CHN marketing department in researching and working with vendors and SaaS products for projects.
Optimize and monitor media channels, including CHN-owned web properties, email/text campaigns, and paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
Manage and update website information and Google My Business, Yelp, social media, and other listings.
Analyze campaign results, provide post-campaign reports, and use learnings to make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Develop and strategize campaigns, working alongside the social media/creative marketing associate and website developers.
Identify trends and opportunities, translating analysis into actionable plans.
Demonstrate innovative thinking and propose new ideas.
Perform related duties as assigned by manager.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
B.A. degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of one (1) year of related marketing and/or branding experience, preferably in the non-profit or healthcare industry.
