### Association Marketing Manager
The American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) is in search of a creative and versatile marketing manager to join our dynamic and diverse team.
You’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking marketing strategies and tactics to advance the mission of AGA: to empower clinicians and researchers to improve digestive health.
This mid-level position in our marketing department will also have responsibility for general marketing projects and promotion of content to our target audiences. So, familiarity with creative writing, email design and distribution systems, social media, print collateral, basic HTML, PPT, etc. is required.

**REPORTS TO:** Senior Director, Marketing
**SUMMARY:** Help AGA build and maintain a strong brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. As our marketing manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in everything from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate will have proven success in building complex marketing campaigns, excellent ability to tell a story, a drive for successful outcomes, and an optimistic mindset.
### Duties and Responsibilities
– Build and implement marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments.
– Develop copy for newsletter articles, emails, print collateral, and social media posts.
– Create and implement methods for tracking and evaluating the success and impact of marketing strategies for assigned projects.
– Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors as needed.
– Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on an annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
– Develop audience list segments for email.
– Create and monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
### Qualifications
– Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results.
– Solid competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages.
– Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-departmental integration of marketing efforts.
– Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members and internal clients.
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and project management platforms (e.g., WorkZone).
– Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (FKA Marketing) is a plus.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and work in a fast-paced team environment.
