Our Paid Social team delivers best-in-class, highly sophisticated branding and performance media to Code3’s diverse client base. Paid Social Specialists meet and exceed KPIs through executing complex ad campaigns and reporting campaign performance to our clients. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to hone expert-level media skills across major media platforms and solve challenges of all shapes and sizes for some of the largest brands in the world.
Note: Due to required in-person client meetings, preference for this position will be given to candidates based in the New York City metropolitan area or within the Eastern time zone.
What You’ll Do:
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across all major social platforms with a focus on flawless execution
Manage campaign budget pacing and execute bid adjustments as needed
Perform campaign QA on your own campaigns, plus those built by other team members
Build and deliver weekly reporting and ad hoc reporting inclusive of formatted Excel reports, Looker dashboards, and performance insights and recommendations
Pull data and provide insights for campaign wrap-ups and ad hoc reporting deliverables
Seek out learning and maintain understanding of the newest paid social product offerings across platforms and stay up-to-date on the latest trends in social advertising
Recommend changes to existing products, policies, and processes that improve overall performance

You Should Have:
BA or equivalent with emphasis on coursework in marketing, advertising, or business
Up to 2 years of direct experience in buying ads on social platforms
Experience in at least one of the following: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest
Proficiency with data hygiene, analysis, and visualization in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
A self-motivated drive to learn and openness to feedback
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Organizational prowess to track a high volume of deliverables and priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated critical thinking ability

Salary Information
The salary range for this position is $55,000 – $65,000 and is commensurate with candidate experience and location.
