If that sounds interesting to you, come join us.

What you’ll do

  • Develop draft communications materials including press releases, talking points, shareholder letters, strategy plans, and other collateral for distribution to clients, media, and other external audiences.
  • Manage preparation for calls and meeting agendas and facilitate internal follow-up for deliverables.
  • Build relationships with journalists, pitch and secure media coverage.
  • Support new business proposals and presentations.
  • Monitor traditional and social media coverage.

Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in crisis communications with a strong preference for candidates with relevant industries (e.g., communications, law, finance, investor relations, or a related field).
  • Client-focused with a high bar for exceptional quality and results.
  • Strong writing, editing, and research skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines, focusing on detail and precision in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Creative, strategic thinker.
  • Goal-oriented team player focused on adding value, deepening knowledge, and increasing efficiencies.

The ideal candidate would be based in Washington, DC or New York City. Salary commensurate with experience. The firm offers unlimited vacation time, generous health care and retirement benefits, and advancement opportunities.
