## **How You Will Contribute to the Team**
### **Americas Regional Focal Point**
– Serve as the primary communications interface for Americas leadership.
– Adapt global messaging for regional audiences.
– Manage local executive announcements.
### **Global Execution**
– Partner with the Marketing & Communication team to manage global social media channels.
– Execute paid media advertising plans.
– Coordinate asset creation with external providers.
### **Americas Internal Communication**
– Partner with HR to translate global corporate themes into impactful local initiatives.
– Strengthen employee connection and brand pride within the Americas.
### **Global Media Monitoring & Analysis**
– Lead global PR tracking and measurement.
– Monitor coverage across all regions.
– Produce performance insight reports.
### **Americas Employee Advocacy**
– Manage the operations of the advocacy program.
– Source and optimize content to empower staff to share the Satair story.
### **Global Digital Integration**
– Work closely with the Digital Campaign Manager.
– Align editorial content with digital marketing campaigns and web updates.

## **About You**
You have a communications, marketing, or business degree (or comparable education) and **10+ years of experience** in communications or related areas.
### **Required**
– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
– 10+ years of experience in communications or applicable areas
– Availability for occasional travel (one yearly international trip and a few regional trips)
– Exceptional writing skills and an eye for visual storytelling/asset coordination
### **Preferred**
– **Independent decision‑making:** High autonomy in translating global directives into regional strategies.
– **Environment & interfaces:** Daily collaboration with global hubs in Copenhagen (CPH) and Hamburg (HAM).
– **Internationalisation & change:** Navigate diverse legal and cultural landscapes across US and LATAM.
– **Nature of contacts:** Frequent interaction with senior leadership; regular negotiation with external vendors.
– **Strategic (20%):** Regional communication roadmaps, executive positioning, brand strategy adaptation.
– **Tactical (40%):** Paid media mix, employee advocacy content, editorial calendar alignment.
– **Operational (40%):** Daily PR tracking, social media asset delivery, coordination with external providers.

– **Vision:** Ability to read screens, documents, reports
