Working remotely is part of our culture, and we value the work-life balance this structure provides.
In addition to our work-from-home lifestyle, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
Two weeks of paid vacation in the first year, three weeks in years two through four, and four weeks after year five
11 days of recognized public holidays
Bonus week off between Christmas and New Year’s (the entire company is off)
Health, dental, disability and life insurance
401(k) company match (beginning after one year of employment)
Our Hiring Process
Due to the high degree of emphasis we place on strong writing skills, we ask candidates who we believe are a strong fit to complete two to three paid freelance writing assignments as part of the interview process.
