We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or be based from Bethesda, MD office.

Primary Duties

• Conduct website traffic, content, keyword, and URL audits to improve search engine relevance and inform content plan, communications, and marketing strategy.
• Track and monitor technical SEO performance metrics and website engagement data, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions. Contribute to regular reporting and implement recommendations for improvements to meet company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy web pages consistent with brand standards and templates to ensure best practices are followed.
• Assist with the development and implementation of new and existing web pages and technical SEO initiatives.
• Provide support for management and updates of Aledade.com and other brand and brand-adjacent web properties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (ideally with a Marketing or Business focus).
• Minimum of 3 years experience executing SEO organic search campaigns in highly competitive search industries (e.g., healthcare, legal, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, real estate, etc.).
• Experience using WordPress, HubSpot, and other online publishing content management systems.
• Experience using digital platforms including Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMRush.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

Preferred KSA’s

• Google Analytics certification.

Compensation

• $70,000 – $80,000 base salary, plus bonus and equity.
• Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
